Early menstruation belongs to the category of early menstruation in Chinese medicine, which refers to the menstrual cycle more than 7 days in advance and more than three consecutive cycles. According to the evidence type different prescription medicine is different. Treatment to dredge the liver and clear heat, cool the blood to regulate menstruation of dan jia jian wu xuan san plus or minus apply. Yangsheng blood heat evidence: menstruation pre-menstruation accompanied by heartburn, red face, dry mouth, short yellow urine. The treatment is to clear heat and cool blood (to relieve blood heat by clearing heat) to regulate menstruation by adding or subtracting Qing Jing San. Spleen-Qi deficiency: The first phase of menstruation is accompanied by mental fatigue, shortness of breath and laziness, heavy menstrual flow and pale red color. Treatment should be based on tonifying the Spleen and Qi, taking in blood and regulating menstruation, and adding or subtracting tonifying Zhong Yi Qi Tang. Kidney qi deficiency: menstruation preceded by lumbar and knee soreness (a feeling of soreness and weakness in the waist and knees), dizziness and tinnitus, dark blood color and clear texture. Treatment is based on the addition and subtraction of Gu Yin Decoction, which is used to replenish kidney qi, consolidate and regulate menstruation. Note that if the menstrual period is more than 10 days early, it should be differentiated from intermenstrual bleeding.
