How long can a patient live after kidney transplantation is objectively analyzed based on the patient’s rejection reaction to the implanted kidney and the different degree of tolerance to anti-rejection drugs. First, if the patient does not have strong rejection reaction to the implanted kidney after kidney replacement, the level of kidney function in the organism can be maintained within the normal range by taking anti-rejection drugs orally. By reviewing the renal ultrasound, it can be found that the transplanted kidney is rich in blood flow and there is no sign of kidney atrophy, so the general survival time of the patient can be maintained for 20-30 years. Second, if the patient has a strong rejection reaction to the implanted kidney after kidney transplantation, through oral anti-rejection drugs, still can not maintain the kidney function at normal level, then the patient through the color ultrasound examination found that the transplanted kidney blood flow is scarce and accompanied by obvious atrophy, the general survival time is about 3-6 months.
