Venous thrombosis is a very important means of treating venous thrombosis due to the aggregation of platelets and abnormalities of coagulation factors in the blood vessels, causing blood to coagulate from the fluid into a thrombus, resulting in blockage of the venous vessels. The treatment method of intravenous thrombolysis is mainly divided into two kinds, the first one is peripheral intravenous thrombolysis, which can pump thrombolytic drugs such as urokinase, streptokinase and rt-PA from peripheral veins. The effect of this thrombolysis is relatively poor, easy and safe. The second method of thrombolysis, i.e., catheter-contact thrombolysis by implanting a thrombolytic catheter under interventional procedures. This type of thrombolysis is relatively difficult and expensive, but the thrombolytic effect is relatively good, and the thrombolytic drug can come into direct contact with the thrombus, but the risk of bleeding is also relatively high. Therefore, in choosing the treatment method of intravenous thrombolysis, it is necessary to choose the appropriate treatment method according to the patient’s condition.
