Inejaculation is a type of ejaculatory dysfunction, the causes of which include physiological and pathological. Pathological non-ejaculation may be caused by neurological problems, anatomical abnormalities, psychological disorders and so on.
1. Physiological causes:
Non-ejaculation may be ejaculatory dysfunction caused by patients’ irregular life, too much pressure and excessive physical fatigue. Therefore, it is necessary for patients to pay attention to daily rest and avoid excessive fatigue.
2. Pathologic causes:
(1) Neurological problems: neurological causes include surgical injury to the nerves, such as extensive retroperitoneal lymph node dissection for testicular tumors and rectal resection for malignant tumors, which may injure the nerves of the lower abdominal cavity, thus causing ejaculatory dysfunction.
(2) Anatomical abnormalities: anatomical abnormalities are mainly seen in congenital defects of the vas deferens, atresia of the vas deferens, and abnormalities of the urethra, thus causing ejaculatory dysfunction.
(3) Psychological disorders: The main reasons for delayed ejaculation caused by psychological disorders are mental, psychological, self-guilt and uneasiness, the existence of inappropriate sexual affairs or sexual behaviors in the past, and thus the lack of self-confidence in sexual life or the fear that arises.
Patients need to maintain a good state of mind, release psychological pressure and overcome the effects of anxiety on non-ejaculation.
Besides, there are many other diseases that can cause ejaculation. If the patient’s symptoms are not relieved after relieving psychological pressure, he needs to go to the hospital in time, and the patient needs to actively cooperate with the doctor’s diagnosis and treatment.
