Itchy blisters on the heart of the feet

Blistering and itching on the center of the feet is most often considered to be the result of tinea pedis, or eczema. The blisters can be observed symmetrically, and if they occur on both feet at the same time, eczema is most likely to be considered. It is recommended that patients do not scratch the blisters and can stop the itching by patting or icing them, and seek medical attention immediately when the discomfort is strong: I. Tinea pedis with blisters: 1. Epidemiology: This disease is contagious, and patients who have tinea pedis around them, mix shoes and socks with others, and walk barefoot in public bathrooms, gyms, and swimming pools can be infected by close contact with pathogenic bacteria. Or the patient may have tinea cruris and become infected with tinea pedis through their own infection. 2. Symptoms: It occurs between the toes, on the palms, on the plantar and lateral edges of the feet. The lesions begin as deep, pinpoint-sized blisters containing clear, transparent herpes with thick walls that do not break easily and may fuse to form large, multi-roomed blisters. After tearing away the blister wall, the internal honeycomb base and bright red vesicular surface can be revealed, and after local drying and absorption, the phenomenon of desquamation can occur, accompanied by obvious itching symptoms. The epidemiology: 1, epidemic: the disease is not contagious, it occurs in the summer and winter season, allergic people, and nervousness, insomnia, overexertion, mood swings and other situations easily induced; 2, symptoms: often symmetrical distribution, the shape of the lesion is not fixed, polymorphic, often visible on the erythematous occurrence of papules, papules of varying sizes, some can be such as the size of a needle point, some can reach the size of a corn. When eczema is severe, small blisters may appear, fusing into patches with unclear borders, and may be accompanied by intense itching.
