It is also important to consider whether a woman is pregnant, which can be tested by using early pregnancy test paper, because irregular vaginal bleeding can occur if a woman has a miscarriage after pregnancy. Endocrine disorders, luteal atrophy, submucosal growth of fibroids, endometriosis, endometrial growth of polyps, and cancer in the female uterus, such as endometrial cancer, can all cause irregular menstrual dripping. Prompt gynecological ultrasound examination is recommended to check the condition of the cervix and to screen for cervical cancer if necessary.
