What’s the meaning of partial echoes?

Strong echoes usually indicate the presence of dense tissue that the ultrasound is unable to penetrate. The term “partial echoes” is a term used in ultrasound to describe the presence of strong echoes, usually in calcium-rich bones and in some cases stones, when the ultrasound is unable to penetrate the material being examined due to its high density, resulting in strong echoes. The diagnosis is based on the patient’s history, signs and symptoms, and ancillary tests. If the patient has a strong echogenic mass on liver ultrasound, liver stones, gallbladder stones, kidney stones on renal examination, and bladder stones on bladder examination are usually considered. The presence of strong echoes on imaging is recommended to consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
