Early Skin Cancer Signs 1. Skin cancer has a low incidence rate in China, but it is one of the common malignant tumors among white people, exceeding all other malignant tumors combined. Among skin cancers, basal cell carcinoma is the most common, accounting for more than 60%. Regardless of surgery, radiotherapy or other treatment methods, they all have good effect on skin cancer, and the cure rate can be over 90%. 2.Skin cancer is mostly manifested as erythematous or papular lesions slightly above the skin surface, and the surface is often accompanied by scaly flaking or scab formation, and the symptoms are similar to benign skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and inflammation. Further development of skin cancer lesions will show certain characteristic signs, such as a shiny, translucent papule-like nodule with oozing blood and dilated capillaries on the surface of skin cancer patients. Or a scar-like fibrous plaque with a smooth surface, without obvious capillary dilation, ulceration or elevation. Or there are black, fused dots within the lesion. These are the early symptoms of skin cancer. 3.Squamous cell carcinoma is often transformed from keratosis, mucosal leukoplakia and other precancerous diseases. It grows faster and forms ulcers as early symptoms of skin cancer. Some skin cancer patients can be nodule-like or cauliflower-like, with smaller invasion to the deep and movable base; some are butterfly-like, with more obvious infiltration to the deep and large destructive, often involving bones. Patients with skin cancer may be accompanied by malodor and pain. Regional lymph node metastasis is mostly seen. The authors met a giant squamous cell carcinoma of the head, which has incomparable malodor, more purulent discharge and easy bleeding; lymph node metastasis of the neck occurs. Since the early symptoms of skin cancer only spread locally and are not likely to spread to other organs with blood and lymph, early skin cancer usually does not cause death. Skin cancer patients have irregularly shaped lumps and discolored spots on the skin; lumps and discolored spots with jagged edges; lumps with mottled colors, black, brown, red and white; diameter more than 6 mm; ulceration and bleeding. These are also the early symptoms of skin cancer. If found, timely diagnosis and treatment are needed.
