Analgesic treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer

  I. Three-step analgesic drug therapy. Different levels of painkillers, gradually increasing the strength of drugs to achieve pain relief and improve the patient’s quality of life.  Second, radiotherapy, through radiotherapy or heat therapy irradiation, to achieve tumor control and reduce nerve sensitivity to pain.  Surgery or laparoscopic destruction of tumor and peritumor nerve conduction to reduce pain.  Chemotherapy or interventional chemotherapy to control tumor and reduce pain.  V. Ultrasonic endoscopic injection of anhydrous alcohol via gastric wall puncture.  Sixth, radiofrequency ablation or high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation to destroy the peripancreatic conduction nerve.
