What is the difference between golden bell and neem?

There is no difference between golden bell and neem, they are the same herb, golden bell is an alias of neem.
There is no difference between golden bell seed and neem seed, both are the dried mature fruits of neem plant in the neem family. Neem has a bitter flavor, cold nature, belongs to the liver, small intestine, bladder meridian, has a small poison. It is good at dispersing heat from the liver, moving qi and relieving pain (relieving pain by regulating the body’s qi), and killing worms.
