Overexertion is mainly a series of functional disorders caused by the continuous accumulation of fatigue. It is a pathological diagnosis or a manifestation of fatigue with health impairment, which can involve all systems of the body and therefore show different symptoms. If the nervous system is involved, dizziness, headache, memory loss, anxiety, insomnia, tinnitus and blurred vision may occur; if the cardiovascular system is involved, palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath and arrhythmia may occur; if the digestive system is involved, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea may occur; if the genitourinary system is involved, chilliness, cold extremities, loss of libido, impotence and premature ejaculation may occur. If the genitourinary system is involved, symptoms such as coldness, cold limbs, decreased libido, impotence, premature ejaculation, and poor urination may occur.
