Manifestations of varicocele ultrasound

Varicose veins can be found in the perineum area during color ultrasound examination, there are obvious dilated blood vessels in the area where the spermatic cord travels, and they are tortuous and disorganized, and under color ultrasound examination, it can be found that there is blood flow in the internal area, and there is also stagnation of the blood. Patients with varicocele may experience scrotal dampness and even discomfort in the perineum such as soreness and distension. If the symptoms are mild, elevation of the scrotum can be considered to promote blood circulation, and oral medication can be taken to improve the local microcirculation disorder, such as oral MaiZhiLing or Diosmin. If the patient’s symptoms are more severe, surgical excision is the only option, and usually involves complete removal of the varicose vein mass.
