Caution: Transcutaneous jaundice tester is only an auxiliary tool to help detect jaundice, and the need to purchase and use it should be evaluated in conjunction with a doctor’s recommendation. Physiological jaundice in newborns is a normal physiological phenomenon and usually subsides in 7-10 days in full-term infants without special treatment, while pathological jaundice generally requires medical treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
