How to stretch for shoulder pain

There are many reasons for shoulder pain, shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff injury, subacromial impingement, shoulder pain caused by extra-shoulder diseases is not recommended to stretch, shoulder pain caused by peri-shoulder muscle strain, frozen shoulder can be thoracic shoulder and back muscle stretching.

5. Subacromial impingement: in the acute stage, rest and braking should be applied, and physical therapy and massage can relieve the pain. Oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen can be taken to relieve pain. Serious injury requires surgery. During the period of remission, the shoulder joint can be flexed and extended appropriately, and the abduction activities can be minimized.
6. Diseases outside the shoulder: such as heart disease, pain can radiate to the shoulder. Stretching is ineffective for treatment, and the cause should be identified and targeted treatment should be given.
