Acne, also known as pimples, is a very common disease in dermatology, occurring well on the face, behind the front chest, back and other areas with high sebum secretion. Its causes are still relatively clear, and the following are currently being considered: 1. due to blockage of the sebaceous ducts of the hair follicles. 2. abnormal hormone levels in the body, especially androgen levels. 3. infection by Propionibacterium acnes. 4. involvement of some other inflammatory factors. Of course, it is also related to the daily diet, such as eating fried, spicy, stimulating and sweet food, and some people like to stay up late, which also easily leads to acne. So frequent acne on the face is a multi-factorial disease, manifested as acne, inflammatory papules, pustules, nodular cysts and so on.
