The treatment of multiple cystic nodules depends on the size and number of nodules to determine the specific treatment plan. If you have frequent breast pain, swelling and emotional instability, you should review your breast ultrasound or mammogram regularly, and improve the female tumor marker test if necessary. If a benign nodule is small enough to be pushed and has good mobility, it is usually not a big problem and does not need special treatment. If the cystic nodes are more numerous, larger in size, less mobile and harder, ultrasound and guided biopsy of the nodes should be performed to determine whether breast cancer is present, and if necessary, bilateral mastectomy and peripheral lymph node dissection should be performed to prevent further deterioration of the disease, which may be life-threatening.
