Is it normal for women to pee three or four times at night?

  It is not normal for women to urinate 3-4 times at night, which is an increase in nocturia and affects the patient’s sleep quality. It is recommended to have an early urinary system examination and take targeted treatment.  The normal number of times at night for people is 0-1 times, and if drinking too much water can appear 1 time more. It is not normal to urinate 3-4 times at night, which may be caused by urinary tract infection, diabetes, urethritis, cystitis or kidney disease, and patients are advised to go to the hospital for routine urine examination. If the increase in nocturia is due to inflammation, patients can take oral antibiotics under the guidance of a doctor, drink more water and avoid spicy and irritating foods such as chili, onion, garlic and ginger to help improve the symptoms. If women experience frequent nocturia along with weight loss and increased eating, it may be diabetes, and patients need to visit the endocrinology department for examination.  It is recommended that women should preferably not drink water 2 hours before going to bed and develop the habit of drinking water as regularly as possible during the day and urinating on time.
