The treatment methods of hematological tumors mainly include three major categories: 1. Chemotherapy is the main treatment method because hematological tumors are malignant tumors originated from lymphopoietic system, and tumor cells are mainly concentrated in peripheral blood circulation, liver, spleen, lymph nodes and other hematopoietic organs, and chemical drugs also mainly exist in these systems after entering human body through veins. 2. Targeted therapy. Some blood tumors express oncogenes or oncoproteins that normal cells do not have, so some chemical drugs that inhibit oncogenes and oncoproteins are designed to kill tumor cells through these drugs. 3. The basic principle is to destroy the defective hematopoietic and immune system of the patient by using large doses of chemicals combined with radiation, and rebuild a normal hematopoietic and immune system for the patient with normal human hematopoietic stem cells.
