Cerebral hemorrhage should be treated with mannitol to reduce cerebral edema, nifedipine to control blood pressure, and bed rest. Cerebral infarction can be treated with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in the hyperacute stage, and aspirin can be applied in the acute stage of cerebral infarction and insufficient blood supply.
7. Vestibular neuronitis: caused by vestibular neuron involvement, it can be taken isopromazine, diazepam, etc., and oral vitamin B1, B6 and other drugs can be taken at the same time.
