What cream to use for acne pimples

4. azelaic acid: has the efficacy of treating inflammation and acne, and can alleviate post-inflammatory pigmentation. It can be prepared as a 15%-20% cream. The main side effect is a slight redness and stinging sensation on the skin.
5. Selenium dioxide: 2.5% selenium disulfide lotion has an inhibitory effect on bacteria, fungi and parasites. After cleansing the skin, dilute the product in appropriate amount and apply it evenly on the areas with significant sebum overflow, rinse it off with water after 3-5 minutes.
