Zimepin, the drug name is Nifedipine Extended-Release Tablets, belongs to the calcium channel blocking drugs, the main treatment of essential hypertension and so on.
Nifedipine extended-release tablets are mainly used for the treatment of chronic stable angina (i.e., exertional angina), vasospastic angina, and essential hypertension, and belong to the selective calcium channel blocking drugs that mainly affect blood vessels.
Adverse reactions to this product include headache, erythema of the upper extremities, tachycardia, palpitations, edema of the lower extremities, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, pruritus, thrombocytopenia, gingival hyperplasia, purpura, exfoliative dermatitis, and photodermatitis.
Patients who are allergic to the components of this product are prohibited, patients who have had cardiogenic shock are prohibited, patients with severe aortic stenosis, unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction (within the last four weeks) are prohibited, pregnant women are prohibited, and patients who are taking rifampicin are prohibited.
