Each hospital may be different, especially for AFP, which is more likely to indicate primary liver cancer. Some hospitals may check the prostate antigen on top of CEA and CA125, because elevated prostate antigen indicates a higher possibility of prostate cancer, so it varies from hospital to hospital.
