3. Cervical spondylosis: due to the protrusion of the neck joints, lesions, compression of the nerves and blood vessels, dizziness occurs when sleeping in an incorrect position, accompanied by headache, nausea and vomiting, numbness of the arm, numbness of the fingers in severe cases.
