The statement that there are eight major manifestations of male Zhongqi deficiency (spleen and stomach qi weakness) is inappropriate. The manifestations of qi deficiency in men include dizziness, tiredness, fatigue, shortness of breath, lazy speech, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, loose stools, diarrhea, prolapse of the anus, gastroptosis, and so on. The causes of insufficient vital energy in men include congenital weakness of the spleen and stomach, poor diet, overwork, and old age. All of the above reasons can lead to weakness of the spleen and stomach, insufficient generation of qi and blood, and the sinking of the middle qi (deficiency of the spleen and stomach qi, with the appearance of organs falling down and other manifestations) and so on. This can produce a series of symptoms, such as white face, dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, lazy speech, epigastric (abdominal) distension, loss of appetite, loose diarrhea, prolapse of anus, gastric ptosis, urine turbidity such as rice slop, and so on. As you can see, there are more than eight manifestations of Qi deficiency in men. And each person’s physique and condition is different, its specific performance is also different, so there is no such thing as the eight manifestations of the male qi insufficiency. If a man has a deficiency of vital energy, he should go to a regular hospital and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor in order to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
