Hepatopathic appearance is mostly seen in patients with chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis, and is one of the common clinical manifestations in patients with liver disease. Most of the patients have dry skin, dark and dull face, and some of them have pigmentation on the face and other exposed parts of the skin, especially pigmentation around the eyes. The examination items for patients with liver disease: 1, liver function series indicators: ALT, AST, CHE, GGT, ALB, GLO, TBIL, DBIL, PA, etc. According to the above indicators can be a comprehensive judgment of what stage the disease is in, whether it is mild, or severe. 2.Blood test: including white blood cells, red blood cells, hematocrit, platelets and so on. Once the disease enters the stage of cirrhosis, the change of blood picture can often indicate the severity of the disease. If the early stage of cirrhosis, platelets are mildly reduced; in the middle and late stage of cirrhosis, hypersplenism, the whole blood are decreased; if the hematocrit is simply reduced, pay attention to the presence of gastrointestinal bleeding phenomenon.
