If patients are diagnosed with rectal cancer, they should go to regular hospitals to adopt formalized treatment, including surgery and post-surgery adjuvant treatment, such as chemotherapy or chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy. If the rectal tumor is found to be late, locally advanced rectal cancer can also be treated with neoadjuvant radiotherapy, then review the relevant indexes, and then consider surgery, combined with chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatment methods after surgery. Moxibustion is not able to treat rectal cancer. If patients perform moxibustion treatment after discovering the tumor, it may cause the tumor to continue to progress, such as liver metastasis or lung metastasis, thus delaying the patient’s condition.
