What happened to the soreness of the lower limbs?

The soreness and swelling of the lower extremities are mainly due to the following three reasons: First, they are caused by muscle and fascia spasm and edema of the lower extremities due to strain and cold, which will lead to obvious soreness and swelling of the lower extremities. Second, the lower extremity vein swelling, such as lower extremity vein thrombosis and lower extremity varicose veins, lower extremity venous valve closure insufficiency, will lead to obvious lower extremity bruising, swelling, resulting in obvious lower extremity soreness and swelling. Third, the nerve compression in the lower limbs, such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spinal slippage or swelling in the lumbar spinal canal, resulting in pressure on the spinal cord or nerve roots, will lead to obvious soreness and swelling of the lower limbs.
