Hepatitis B 4 and 5 positive need to adopt comprehensive and individualized treatment plan according to patient’s specific situation, including rest, reasonable diet, nutrition, hepatoprotective treatment, antiviral and antifibrotic treatment. 1. General treatment: Hepatitis B IV and V positive patients should take proper rest, pay attention to the combination of static and dynamic after the condition improves, gradually increase the exercise during the recovery period, but still pay attention to avoid excessive exercise; in terms of diet, choose the light diet which is easy to digest and rich in vitamins. 2. Hepatoprotective treatment: Hepatitis B IV and V positive patients should avoid drinking alcohol and applying drugs for liver injury, and apply anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and drugs to improve liver function, such as reduced glutathione, glycyrrhetinic acid preparations, vitamin E and so on. For patients with intrahepatic cholestasis, ursodeoxycholic acid and adenosylmethionine can be used. 3. Antiviral and antifibrotic treatment: For patients with long infection time, cirrhosis, HBV-DNA greater than 2000U/ml, etc., they can use antiviral and antifibrotic drugs such as nucleoside analog interferon. For first-time patients, the use of entecavir or long-acting interferon is preferentially recommended. However, once cirrhosis stage is reached, interferon antiviral therapy is prohibited. Hepatitis B IV and V positive patients are infectious disease patients, once found, should immediately take appropriate measures and actively cooperate with the doctor standardized treatment, in order to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
