Do I need surgery for a brain hemorrhage?

Brain hemorrhage is a common disease, whether to choose surgery is a big problem for the patient’s family, in fact, the indications for surgery for brain hemorrhage have more strict specifications: 1, the site of hemorrhage: shallow hemorrhage to give priority to surgery, such as subcortical, nucleus accumbens and cerebellar hemorrhage. If the hemorrhage is located deep in the internal capsule, thalamus or brainstem, surgery is not recommended. 2, bleeding volume: usually the bleeding volume of cerebral hemisphere is more than 30ml, cerebellar bleeding is more than 10ml, then surgery can be considered according to the condition. 3. Evolution of the disease: If the disease progresses rapidly after hemorrhage and falls into deep coma, dilated pupils, irregular blood pressure, respiration and pulse within a short period of time, surgery should not be considered. 4. Impaired consciousness: those who are conscious mostly do not need surgery; those who have mild impaired consciousness after the onset and slowly deepen afterwards, as well as those who are moderately impaired when they come to the hospital, should actively undergo surgery. Other factors: age should not be considered as a factor for surgery, high blood pressure ≥26.6/16kPa (200/120mmHg) after onset, fundus bleeding, and patients with serious heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases before the disease are not suitable for surgery.
