Small white spots on the neck may be related to vitiligo, lichen planus, pityriasis alba, and so on, usually can use medication, physical therapy or surgical treatment, etc..
1. 2. lichen planus: also called sweat spot, for chronic fungal infection of skin stratum corneum, lesions often appear some yellow-brown spots or white spots, you can use antifungal ointment 3% clotrimazole cream, miconazole nitrate cream to apply on the affected area, or use 15%~20% glacial acetic acid solution or 3%~6% compound salicylic acid solution to apply on the lesion.
3. White chaff rash: it can also lead to pale white spots on the skin at the lesion, which can be covered with a little chaffy scales. Usually, there is no special treatment, which can be applied externally with emollient cream, 5% sulfur ointment, or weak glucocorticosteroids (e.g., dexamethasone acetate cream).
