If the meniscus injury is caused by the degeneration of the joints in the elderly, the longer the course of the knee joint will be deformed, the formation of knee inversion or knee valgus, resulting in lower limb force line changes, thigh muscle tension and lower limb force line to form the angle, it will cause thigh muscle pain. Longer duration of the disease will cause thigh muscle atrophy.
