What is the cause of nose movement

The movement of the external nose is mainly the movement of the nasal area, that is, the nose can appear to agitate on its own, while the other parts of the external nose can be pulled and passive movements can occur when the nose agitates. The agitation of the nose can be caused by the itching of the patient’s nose for various reasons, which can lead to agitated nasal movements or tics. Nasal agitation can occur when the patient is deprived of oxygen in the lungs or because of sadness, or because of other emotional impulses. The nasal agitation is done by the movement of the external nasal muscles, which are innervated by the buccal branch of the facial nerve, the seventh pair of cerebral nerves. When the patient has these conditions, the nasal agitation is caused by the reflex action of the facial nerve.
