Any disease that does not belong to the category of menstruation, belt, fetus, birth and prenatal diseases, but is closely related to the anatomical and physiological characteristics of women, is called “gynecological miscellaneous diseases”.
Common gynecological miscellaneous diseases include infertility, uterine prolapse, abdominal pain in women, and obstruction.
Miscellaneous gynecological diseases have different clinical symptoms and different etiology and pathogenesis.
In terms of etiology, there are three summaries.
First, carelessness in life and living, feeling external evil;
Secondly, the deficiency of dirty yin, emotional and mental disorder;
Third, insufficient endowment and weakness of qi and blood. These causes act on the body, resulting in dysfunction of the internal organs, meridians, qi and blood, resulting in various diseases.
Gynecological diseases are variable and treatment must be based on the internal organs,. Section II Infertility
A woman who has been married and has lived together for more than two years, whose spouse has normal reproductive function and has not conceived without contraception, or who has conceived without contraception and has not conceived again for more than two years, is called “infertility”, the former is called “primary infertility”, the latter is called “secondary infertility”. The former is called “primary infertility” and the latter is called “secondary infertility”. The former is called “primary infertility” and the latter is called “secondary infertility”.
Western medicine believes that female infertility is mainly related to ovulatory dysfunction, pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic tumor and reproductive organ malformation. There are common clinical types such as kidney deficiency, liver depression, phlegm-dampness and blood stasis.
I. Kidney deficiency
Insufficient congenital endowment or indiscipline in intercourse may damage kidney qi, resulting in deficiency of the ramus and loss of warmth of the cellular vasculature, preventing the ingestion of sperm for pregnancy; or injury to the true yang in the kidney, failure of the vital gate fire, inability to transform qi and move water, stagnation of cold dampness in the ramus and congestion of the cellular vasculature, preventing the ingestion of sperm for pregnancy; or indiscipline in intercourse, depletion of sperm and blood, loss of kidney yin, resulting in deficiency of the ramus Inadequate Yin and Blood, Yin deficiency and internal heat, heat ambushes the ramus and heat disturbs the sea of Blood, so that the sperm cannot be condensed into pregnancy.
Liver depression
The lack of harmony between the Blood and the Qi, and the inability of the Qi and the Qi to support each other, resulting in the inability of the sperm to become pregnant.
Phlegm-dampness
Blood stasis
When the residual blood is not cleansed during menstruation or after childbirth, when the blood is involved in water and cold, or when intercourse is not forbidden, the evil and the blood are knotted together and stasis blocks the vasculature, thus preventing the ingestion of sperm for pregnancy.
[Identification and treatment]
The diagnosis of infertility is based mainly on the changes in menstruation and the severity of the disease, followed by a comprehensive analysis based on the systemic symptoms and tongue and pulse, to clarify the internal organs, qi and blood, cold and heat, deficiency and reality, in order to guide the treatment. The focus of treatment is to warm the kidney energy, regulate the qi and blood, so that menstruation and disease can be removed, then the fetus and pregnancy can be achieved. In addition, it is also necessary to have a relaxed mood, moderate sexual intercourse, and choose the group of the syllabus to combine yin and yang, in order to facilitate the conception.
I. Kidney deficiency type
(I) Kidney Qi deficiency
Main symptoms: Infertility after marriage, irregular menstruation, more or less menstrual flow, dizziness and tinnitus, lumbago and weakness, mental fatigue, long and clear urine, pale tongue, thin moss, sunken and thin pulse, especially in the two feet.

In this formula, Cuscuta sinensis, Deer horn frost and Du Zhong tonify the kidney, strengthen the waist and knees and benefit the essence. Radix Bacopa monniera, Radix Bupleurum, Semen Cuscutae, Cinnamon, Radix et Rhizoma Polygonati, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Ginseng
In this formula, Baji Tian, Boneset, Cuscuta tonic kidney to help Yang and benefit essence; Eucommia tonic kidney to stop lumbago; Cinnamon, Radix et Rhizoma warming kidney to help Yang to transform Yin; Ginseng, Atractylodes to strengthen the spleen and benefit Qi to remove dampness; Yam, Gorgonian to tonify the kidney and stop belt. The whole formula works together to warm the kidneys and help the yang, fill the essence and help pregnancy.

In this formula, Radix Rehmanniae and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum nourish the kidney and benefit the essence and blood, while Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba nourish blood and regulate menstruation. In this formula, Angelica sinensis and Paeonia lactiflora nourish blood and soften the liver; Radix et Rhizoma aromaticae regulate qi and move stagnation to relieve liver depression; Dangpi cools the blood and invigorates it; Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria strengthen the spleen and stomach to feed the source of chemistry; pollen generates fluid and blood. Phlegm-dampness type

In case of Blood deficiency, with dizziness and palpitations, the treatment is to nourish the Blood and invigorate it.
