Reticulocytes are not fully mature red blood cells, and the value in the peripheral blood reflects the function of bone marrow erythropoiesis and is therefore important for the diagnosis of hematological diseases and the observation of response to treatment. Reticulocytes are an important indicator of the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow red lineage as well as the efficacy of anemia and related diseases. How to effectively prevent heterogeneous reticulocytes? 1.Malignant sarcoidosis Radiotherapy is the main treatment, together with anti-cancer drugs. Malignant granuloma is sensitive to radiation, 60 cobalt long-distance irradiation therapy and fractionated irradiation method can be used, the total dose of 60Gy (6000rad) is the best, and the recurrence can be supplemented. For patients with fever and ineffective anti-inflammatory treatment, CCNU can be used first. Its effect is similar to alkylating agent, which can inhibit the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein in the body. Adults can take 120mg orally once every 3-5 weeks, 5-6 times, total dose 600-840mg, and then give radiotherapy after the fever subsides. In case of fever, steroid hormone drugs can be used first to control the body temperature, and then radiotherapy can be given immediately. 2.Wegener’s granulomatosis is mainly treated with steroid hormone drugs and immunohollowing. Clinically, cyclophosphamide, azathioprine and methotrexate are commonly used, either alone or in combination, or with steroids; it is clinically proven to prolong survival, relieve symptoms, and reduce the occurrence of renal failure. In addition, for patients with advanced malignant sarcoidosis, due to heavy illness and weakness and failure, attention should be paid to supportive therapy, such as fluid and blood transfusion, giving multivitamins and strengthening nutrition; and must maintain local clean drainage, cleaning the nasal cavity with hydrogen peroxide, and then using fragrant oil, liquid paraffin, clear cod liver oil and other drugs to drip the nose. Diet should eat more light food and pay more attention to rest. Because of heavy illness and weakness, debilitation, attention should be paid to supportive therapy, such as fluid and blood transfusion, giving multivitamins and strengthening nutrition.
