Hard lumps in the anus may be due to conditions such as hemorrhoids, perianal abscesses, and rectal cancer. 1. Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids can form blood clots or venous blood clusters around the anus, and these clots and venous blood clusters can appear in the form of lumps, thus forming abscesses or lumps that are harder in texture. It is generally common in patients who are constipated, overeating and drinking, and there will be more obvious pain symptoms and itching around the anus. 2. Perianal abscess: Perianal abscess is mainly due to acute inflammatory lesions of the anal canal and the end of the rectum, resulting in the formation of infected foci or fistulas between the end of the rectum and the skin around the anus, so that pus or intestinal fluid leaks out of the anus and collects around the anus to form hard lumps. It is usually accompanied by obvious tenderness and swelling, and in serious cases, there will be generalized inflammatory reaction. 3. Rectal cancer: it is hard and fixed with surrounding tissues, not easy to be pushed, and may be accompanied by bleeding after defecation and mucus-pus-blood stools, which can be detected by anal finger diagnosis or anoscopy. The pimple is hard in the anus, need to go to the hospital in time for examination, clear diagnosis, and give reasonable treatment as soon as possible to avoid delaying the condition.
