Yellow water from the breast is not breast cancer, but intra-ductal papilloma. The color of the discharge can be yellow or dark brown, but some of the discharge can be bloody. Large papillary ductal tumors can be palpable in the areola area as nodules several millimeters in diameter, mostly round, soft and pushable, and often overflowing from the nipple if the mass is gently pressed. In general, the treatment of intraductal papilloma is mainly surgical, which requires precise localization of the intraductal papilloma, removal of the duct and surrounding breast tissue, and routine pathological examination.
