How to do an egg test

Women with regular menstrual cycles can be examined by ultrasound to see if the quality of the eggs in the ovaries are well developed, with mature, high-quality follicles around 2-3 cm. You can pay close attention to the development of the follicles 4-5 days after menstruation to determine if the eggs are well developed. You can also take the basal body temperature measurement to initially determine the quality of the eggs. After ovulation, the body temperature will rise by 0.3-0.5°C. If the woman’s body temperature does not rise during ovulation, it means the eggs are not of good quality. If the ovulation test paper does not detect a strong positive result, the quality of the eggs is poor, but the ovulation test paper is not absolutely accurate. Before preparing for pregnancy, it is recommended that women undergo hormone level tests to analyze estrogen and progesterone according to the test results, so as to target hormone levels and improve ovarian function and egg quality.
