What’s wrong with swollen lips when you have a fever?

Swelling of the lips in fever may be caused by diseases such as boils on the lips, oral herpes, hand-foot-mouth disease and so on.

Hand, foot and mouth disease: it is an acute infectious disease caused by enterovirus, and its main manifestations are fever, scattered herpes on the oral mucosa, maculopapular rash on the hands, feet and buttocks, which can be accompanied by coughing, runny nose, swollen lips and other symptoms. It can also cause fever and swollen lips.
