When does neonatal lupus erythematosus present with stomatitis

Neonatal lupus erythematosus usually presents with stomatitis early in the course of the disease, but the timing of stomatitis varies due to individual differences. Neonatal lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease, and during the onset of the disease, it may show discoid lupus erythematosus-like rash, as well as ulcerative stomatitis and purpura. Stomatitis often occurs in the early stage of lupus erythematosus, and if left untreated, it may also involve the whole body skin and joints. Parents need to go to the hospital for further examination when they find their newborns have lupus erythematosus, and give them enough love and care after the cause of the disease has been clarified.
