Earlobe keloid treatment

Earlobe keloid is a common disorder in dermatological surgery clinics, mostly in female patients, mainly due to ear piercing. In recent years, based on the experience of treating keloids at home and abroad, I have used scar removal, scar flap transfer coverage, and adjuvant strontium 90 radiation within 24-48 hours after surgery to treat earlobe keloids, and patients are basically satisfied after 1-3 years of follow-up.
