Skin care considerations for targeted drug-associated rash

  Currently, targeted therapy is being used more and more widely in oncology patients. Acne-like rash is one of the common side effects of targeted drugs, among which the drugs that often show rash are troche (erlotinib), ERSA (gefitinib), Kemena (erlotinib), and crizotinib, the following are the precautions related to rash: 1.  2, avoid light (targeted drugs destroy the sun protection function of the skin), go out with a hat, apply sunscreen, good sun protection for the rash; 3, wash the rash with water, bathing should not be too diligent, preferably once every 1-2 days in summer, 1-2 times a week in winter. It is not advisable to wash with soap, body wash and other irritating bathing products.  4. Apply moisturizing lotion to your face and body daily to reduce dry skin.  5.Eat less seafood and other hair products to avoid aggravating the rash.
