Lung nodule 1.3 cm does not necessarily belong to early lung cancer, but may also be tuberculosis, fungal infection of lung and eosinophilic granulomatous lesion. 1. Tuberculosis: usually manifested as cough, sputum, blood in sputum, low fever, malnutrition, etc. Lung nodules of 1.3 cm can be seen in imaging examination. 2. Lung fungal infection: Candida albicans, Aspergillus, etc. can lead to lung fungal infection. The presence of 1.3 cm lung nodules is manifested by low-grade fever, cough, sputum, wheezing and other symptoms of lung infection. 3. Eosinophilic granuloma: its prominent manifestation is the peripheral blood eosinophil increase, accompanied by obvious symptoms such as wheezing. It can be differentiated by pathological diagnosis. 4. Lung cancer: relevant laboratory tests, imaging tests and pathological tissue biopsy are needed to determine whether it is early lung cancer or not. Some patients have metastasis when they are found, which means that it may be early, middle or late lung cancer when they are found. Lung nodule of 1.3 centimeters, besides early lung cancer, there are other lung diseases such as foreign body aspiration. It is recommended to improve CT and pathology examination to make a clear diagnosis and cooperate with doctors for treatment if necessary.
