The type of injection given for psoriasis depends on the severity of the psoriasis and the type of psoriasis. Clinically, cyclophosphoglycoside injections are usually given for common psoriasis, mainly to inhibit epidermal proliferation. Compound glycopyrrolate injections can also be given, mainly through its anti-inflammatory effect, to treat psoriasis. Vitamin C injections can also be given to improve the symptoms of psoriasis by improving vascular permeability. For acute punctate psoriasis, which is clinically considered to be mostly related to upper respiratory tract infections, penicillin injections are mostly chosen. For more severe types, such as erythrodermic psoriasis and acute generalized pustular psoriasis, glucocorticoid injections as well as immunosuppressive injections can be chosen.
