Transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, there is no evidence that it can treat fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia belongs to a kind of chronic pain, mainly generalized muscle pain, fatigue and sleep disorders, mostly related to immune disorders, genetics, central nervous system sensitization. Treatment is mainly medication, applying amitriptyline and pregabalin under doctor’s supervision to improve sleep and reduce pain sensitivity. Most of them can be relieved after treatment. Transcranial magnetic stimulation acts on the central system through pulsed magnetic fields, and has an adjunctive therapeutic effect on central system diseases. For example, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage sequelae, for depression, anxiety, insomnia has auxiliary therapeutic effect. Therefore, transcranial magnetic stimulation is not recommended for the treatment of fibromyalgia, and it is necessary to go to the hospital in time for further treatment.
