Anluo pain tablets and Digen (generic name diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets) have not been found to have contraindications, generally can be used together, but should follow the doctor’s instructions.
Anluo pain tablets belong to a kind of Chinese patent medicine, with the effect of activating channels and blood circulation, pain relief, suitable for the treatment of sciatica, trigeminal neuralgia, rheumatic arthralgia and so on. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear.
Diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets belong to western medicine, suitable for the treatment of various joint inflammation, muscle strain, acute gout and other diseases. Severe infectious pain and inflammation of the ear, nose and throat (e.g. tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, etc.) should be accompanied by anti-infective drugs.
Adverse reactions such as headache and abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, and dyspepsia may occur after taking diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to the product, or who have induced asthma, urticaria or anaphylactic reactions after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is not suitable for pregnant and lactating women, children under 16 years of age, and the elderly.
Note that diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets to avoid combining with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, patients with a history of vertigo or other history of central nervous system disease should be prohibited from driving or maneuvering machinery during the period of administration.
