Arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis of the knee joint

Methods Seventeen patients with gouty arthritis of the knee joint were selected and underwent knee arthroscopic joint cleaning and synovectomy, and were routinely given blood-uric acid-lowering drugs and early functional exercises after the operation. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months-24 months, with a mean of 13.2 months, and there were no cases with obvious recurrence at the last postoperative follow-up.
