What’s wrong with your nose?

Nasal itch is induced when the nasal cavity is stimulated by a combination of mechanical, physical (temperature, light, etc.), bacterial and other factors that induce the release of local chemicals and stimulate the superficial sensory nerve endings of the nasal mucosa. It may be caused by physiological reasons such as environmental factors, or it may be caused by diseases such as acute rhinitis and allergic rhinitis.
1. Physiological reasons: If you breathe in too dry air, it will cause a dry feeling in the nose, or due to environmental dust, fluff into the nasal cavity, it may lead to the phenomenon of the nose is particularly itchy.
2. Acute rhinitis: it is an acute inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa caused by viral infection, which is a part of the upper respiratory tract infection, and the symptoms of the initial manifestation of intranasal dryness, burning sensation, itchy sensation, soreness and discomfort and sneezing; which may lead to the phenomenon of particularly itchy nose.
3. Allergic rhinitis: also known as allergic rhinitis, may be related to pollen, fungi, mites and other stimuli, the disease to the nose itching, paroxysmal continuous sneezing, a lot of watery nasal discharge and nasal congestion as the main characteristics, which may lead to the phenomenon of particularly itchy nose.
If you only have an itchy nose, no other discomfort and can be relieved in a few moments, it may be a normal physiological phenomenon, but if it is accompanied by other discomforts, it is considered to be a pathologic factor, and it is recommended that you consult a doctor in a timely manner for examination and identification of the cause of the targeted treatment.
