How can the aftereffects of hand sweating be lifted?

Regarding the sequelae of surgery, one of the better and more common sequelae in the past was compensatory hyperhidrosis, which was also a greater concern and, of course, a headache for our doctors a number of years ago. So what does compensatory sweating mean? It is a large amount of sweating in the front chest, back, thighs and buttocks, so, with the continuous development and improvement of medical science, how to lift it at the moment? In the early days, we made 3 incisions on one side of the chest, that is, 6 incisions on the left and right chests combined, and the operation took about 3 hours, and the T2-T4 sympathetic nerve was completely removed during the operation. However, this kind of sequelae is now occurring in a very low proportion, and other sequelae, which may exist in any surgery, may be much less in others. Why is this? This is because the more advanced hand sweating surgery is “thoracic sympathetic nerve dissection”, the probability of compensatory sweating in this surgery is less than one percent, remember, this less than one percent of the probability, in medical terms, is already considered a very mature surgery. And its advantages are: 1, small incision: only a small 1-2cm hole, the surgical process is painless, almost no bleeding, the site hidden; 2, high safety: the whole process only takes 10-20 minutes, not repeated, does not affect work and life, safe and reliable; 3, good results: after the operation of the hands to stop sweating, the effect is immediately visible, 1-2 days after the surgery can be observed and discharged.
