What are the treatments for hand sweating

1, conservative treatment methods are: drug application, ionic immersion, oral sympathetic nerve inhibitors, etc. 2, thoracoscopic bilateral thoracic sympathetic nerve severing treatment for hand sweating: the procedure is performed under general anesthesia. A small incision of about 1 cm in length is made in a concealed location under the axilla of the bilateral chest wall, and the bilateral thoracic sympathetic nerves are cut through the thoracoscope. Advantages: definite surgical results. Disadvantages: more traumatic. 3, CT-guided percutaneous puncture anhydrous alcohol injection for hand sweating: advantages: no general anesthesia, less traumatic, can be treated several times. Disadvantage: there is a possibility of radiation damage due to repeated positioning under CT. The chance of recurrence is high. We recently had an article on a new treatment for hand sweating published in J Laparoendosc Adv Surg Tech A and presented at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Sciences. Bilateral sympathectomy for hand sweating can be performed with only one incision and is much less invasive.
