Mycoplasma positive during pregnancy, asymptomatic people do not need to intervene, symptomatic people medication. Mycoplasma is mostly found in the vagina, the external cervix, around the urethra and in urine, and is mainly transmitted through sexual contact. Pregnant women infected with Mycoplasma can be transmitted vertically through the placenta or spread upward through the reproductive tract causing intrauterine infection, and the fetus can be infected through the contaminated birth canal in the course of delivery. 1. Asymptomatic, there is no need to intervene and treat asymptomatic pregnant women with mycoplasma detected in the lower genital tract. 2. Symptomatic persons, azithromycin 1g tonic is preferred for symptomatic persons, and the alternative therapy is erythromycin 0.5g orally twice a day for 14 days. Pregnant women should never use medication at will, and should follow the doctor’s instructions and use reasonable medication for treatment.
